**Immediate Start**

As the HR Administrator, you will be super-efficient and organised offering flexible support to the HR Team. For the right candidate, this role can offer an opportunity of a permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities - responding to recruitment inbox, processing application, coordinate the scheduling of interviews and support mangers during the interview
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees
  • Provide HR support to managers on wider HR issues
  • Ensure new staff have a smooth induction into the company

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent general administration and organisational skills
  • Able to build strong relationship with managers
  • Clear comminution, written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and balance a changing workload
  • Proactive and able to make decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in an HR environment preferable

Our client is one of the country's leading suppliers of heavy commercial vehicles and they support over 40 sites across the UK with their recruitment, handling over 500 vacancies every year. Based at their head office in Milton Keynes you will work as part of a team providing internal recruitment advice and support to their UK branches and head office function.
