Looking to kick start your future in the Finance world?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual that is looking to work within Finance.

Ideally you will be a graduate, though this is not vital, however the desire for a future in Finance and a passion for all things numerate is essential. You must be familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring transactions are posted promptly
  • Manage the shared inbox
  • Support to the credit control
  • Query resolution, help with billing queries
  • Raising credit notes
  • Assist Finance Team with admin tasks

We are looking for someone with:

  • Finance experience an advantage
  • Excellent Excel skills to include VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
  • Work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Flexible with a positive attitude
  • Proactive, keen to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
