Senior Customer Service Executive

Daventry

Salary: £30,000

Our international industry-leading client is looking for a highly Customer focussed professional to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who thrives on building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers alike. If you have a proven track record of solving problems and assisting customers to provide an exceptional service we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers via email, telephone, video call and face to face
  • Processing orders, quotations and handling queries
  • Communicating with the customer through every element of the order
  • Daily interaction with customers and suppliers
  • Monitoring monthly sales figures and create reports
  • Maintaining and building relationships with external businesses and strategic partners
  • Updating the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Spanish, Italian and French would be an advantage

Supply Chain AdministratorPermanent£19,000 Milton Keynes Your role will be to assist the Supply Chain Department in all administrative duties to ensure the smooth and timely completion of tasks. You will need to be well organised and have experience of SAGE.
