Key responsibilities of the Data Services Analyst will include but are not limited to:

  • Investigate and resolve errors affecting customers
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Support to the wider department in resolving queries
  • support to your colleagues on complex data queries by sharing skills and knowledge
  • Manage and understand the expectations of the customer and ensure service lines are adhered to
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints, escalating where necessary
  • Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution
  • Identify system and process enhancements that are impacting the quality and timeliness of our services and make recommendations to resolve these
  • Work closely with the other teams to ensure that customers satisfaction is always met

The Data Services Analyst needs to have:

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Organised and responsive, enjoys working at a fast pace
  • Good level of Microsoft office packages including Word & Excel
  • An appreciation of data alongside great analytical skills
  • Anticipates issues and is pro-active in dealing with them
  • Can manage own time well and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Good level of written and spoken English

Our client offers a great working environment based in Central Milton Keynes and possibly other opportunities. The position is 37.5 hours per work working shifts between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
