Temporary (3 months)

£10 per hour plus holiday

Milton Keynes

**Immediate Start**

As the Data Administrator you will be highly organised and work with absolute accuracy. You will be naturally analytical and enjoy working with large amounts of data. Your role will be to collate information and expenses across the business and provide reporting on expenditure.

The Data Administrator will help to maintain and improve the accuracy and completeness of data held across the business' various data repositories.

Key responsibilities of the Data Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Run reports as outlined by relating to expenses e.g. flights, travel time, timesheets for Canada, Brazil, EMEA (Non-UK), and APAC
  • Review and investigate historical and upcoming data relating to onsite work delivered in specific regions
  • Investigate costing to advise on invoicing
  • Gather and collate data from various sources to include: SAP, SAP Concur, and PointGlobal
  • Collate this data to present to internal stakeholders a true representation of expenses associated to the onsite work
  • Communicate with internal teams/employees to provide their expenses
  • Identify and raise any process improvements and data quality issues for the client invoicing journey and highlight this to the Client Services Improvement Lead

The Data Administrator needs to have:

  • Three years' experience in a similar role preferred
  • A relevant qualification to the role is preferred
  • Ability to collate information, review large spreadsheets with multiple lines
  • Strong use of Excel and systems such as SAP & PointGlobal
  • Data analysis and administration, remaining high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks
  • Confident in verbal and written communication
  • Resourceful and solution-seeking approach to work
  • The ability to cope under pressure when working to tight deadlines
  • Process-driven and results-oriented
