The post holder will be responsible for delivering the brand experience and maximise sales and profit by ensuring the highest level of service to our client's customers.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Using empathy and intuition to anticipate and understand customer's needs
  • To resolve service or product related issues
  • Ensuring relevant administration is completed regularly
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter
  • Handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Enter customer comments on the system
  • Issue compensation if required or a refund
  • Assist stores as required with admin/queries/issues
  • Providing help and advice to customers on products offered

General:

  • Hard worker with a team ethic
  • Focussed and committed to completing daily administration
  • Feedback in any suggestions to improve procedures/systems within the department

Demonstration Executive Permanent£23,000Milton Keynes We are currently looking for an experienced, customer-serviced focused professional to work within our demonstration team.The Demonstration team is responsible for co-ordinating the demonstration of vehicles (both passenger cars and commercial vehicles) for all five brands within the Group.
