Customer Service Advisor

Temporary (ongoing)

Milton Keynes

£9.00 to £10.00 per hour

Do you love customer service? Do you enjoy helping customers and providing an exceptional service? Do you have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure? If your answer is Yes - then we could have just the job for you!

You'll be taking inbound enquiries from customers and resolving their queries efficiently and professionally, delivering outstanding and optimal customer service.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling customer enquiries via inbound calls
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and following through to completion
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Delivering first class quality customer service
  • Working with internal teams and follow up resolutions
  • Being able to remain calm under pressure and handle numerous calls
