We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a busy Customer Care Team. It is essential that you have a real passion for offering a superb service and a problem-solving nature.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, but phone and email
  • Answer customer queries and provide information required
  • To resolve product or service problems, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and best solution
  • Openly communicate with all internal departments to find resolutions to issues
  • Adapting a professional approach in dealing with all parties involved in a complaint
  • Keep all systems up to date and accurately record information
  • To send out sales invoices and credits as necessary
  • Be responsible for outgoing post
  • Arranging Supplier returns every quarter

We are looking for someone with:

  • That has a confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Can problem solve and offer solutions
  • Excellent planning & personal organisation
  • That works carefully and has an excellent eye for detail
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate aptitude for completing administrative tasks relevant to the role
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Working as part of a team to deliver best possible customer service
