Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Up to £28,000 Per Annum DOE OTE £80k Uncapped Commission

Northampton

**Experience required: 2 years' experience in a Business Development / Sales role**

We're keen to speak to individuals with a proven background in Business Development, both telephone and face to face, looking to take the next step in their career, working for a well-established, financially stable company with clearly defined plans for growth.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and grow high-profile clients
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities by means of networking and referrals
  • Work closely with the management team to target key accounts.
  • Develop a winning strategy and close quotes to be passed to the project management team
  • Managing the marketing strategy for the business
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure smooth implementation of services

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience working in a business development role
  • Confident phone manner and experience of selling face-to-face.
  • A highly self-motivated individual who thrives under the pressure of exceeding sales targets
  • You will be highly adept at quickly building professional relationships and closing business
  • Competitive desire to fulfil your potential.
  • Commercially aware and can understand new industries quickly.
