We could have just the perfect position!

You don't necessarily need experience, just a willingness to learn, energy and a focus on being effective. You will need to have good organisational skills along with an attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships. In addition, this role is part of the telephone team and will be required to cover inbound calls. Due to the location, it is essential that you have your own transport.

Key responsibilities of the Brand Assistant will include but are not limited to:

  • Review, confirm and process orders ensuring accuracy and price
  • Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
  • Deal with customer issues & refer to brand manager when necessary
  • Updating any changes with deliveries including dates
  • Monitor pending pieces and stock levels
  • Generating quarterly stock reports and valuing stock
  • Suggesting ways to market old stock
  • Help support Brand Manager with new product choice
  • Attend occasional trade shows
  • Assist Brand Manager with pre photo shoot preparation, catalogue layout and design.
  • Attend photoshoots to support Brand Manager
  • Generate and produce mailings
  • Complete marketing analysis spreadsheet on a weekly basis
  • Work with colleagues to ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and organised

The Brand Assistant needs to have:

  • Moderate experience of MS Excel
  • Proactive, task driven and positive attitude
  • Hands-on, self-motivated and naturally organised individual
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, internal and external
  • Ability to handle a number of projects and to balance priorities to tight deadlines
  • Ability to build effective relationships and achieve co-operation
  • Creative with good attention to detail
  • Driver/own transport essential
