Customer Service Advisor - Night Shifts


Paying £20,000 p.a

Working as a team you will be responsible for the management of maintenance faults within Customer premises. Empathy, excellent communications skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are essential to fulfill this role. A strong customer service background is required along with evidence of experience in resolving customers' concerns in a caring and understanding manner.


Duties will include:

  • Incoming calls from Clients reporting new maintenance faults/chasing outstanding/current maintenance calls.
  • Incoming calls from contractors to update outstanding maintenance calls.
  • Outbound calls to contractors chasing updates on outstanding/current maintenance calls.
  • Outbound calls to Clients to advise of updates to jobs/chase job completion.
  • Administration of re-active calls.
  • Actioning Handover jobs from the day-shift.
  • Security of building/CCTV monitoring.
  • Any other business needs (including processing new quotations, managing Branch certificates and documents)

Work Pattern

  • 30-40 hours per week over 3-4 days dependent on rota (plus opportunity for overtime)
  • Nights will vary Monday to Sunday
  • Shifts 20:30 - 6:30

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will focus on, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities: ADMINISTRATION Sales orders, quotation and trial sample management, preparing commercial offers. Administrator Our client is seeking a great administrator who’ll be able to deal with all of our clients interoffice transactions to the highest standard. The role requires diligence towards each and every activity and to follow procedures. The role holder will work as part of an administration team and fulfil a specific administration role which will be task oriented, carrying out clearly defined activities. You will be responsible for their individual performance targets and contribution to team performance targets.
