We are supporting our client with the recruitment of an individual for a very unique role within their Customer Service department. To be the Bilingual Team Leader you will need to speak English and French or Norwegian with Spanish also being desirable.

You will have had experience in managing a team within a contact centre environment and be able to work on a rota basis 7 days per week between the hours of 8.00am - 9.00pm. As the Team Leader you will be managing a team of 10 in order to deliver and meet SLAs and KPIs. You will ensure that quality standards and process management are adhered to, whilst maximising the effectiveness of first-class customer service.

Our Bi-Lingual Team Leader will need to:

  • Lead the team to provide a professional first-class standard of customer service
  • Ensures the team consistently delivers successful results, on time, against all SLAs
  • Ensure the team consistently meet all internal KPIs and quality standards
  • Engage in regular performance reviews with all staff including coaching and training
  • Motivate the team to achieve personal and team targets
  • Learning about and successfully implementing any change
  • Compiling and interpreting reports on team performance at agreed times
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of all high-level procedures
  • Ensure all team members operate within company quality standards and to GDPR and other guidelines set out

About you…

  • Be able to speak English and at least one of the listed languages
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, with knowledge of coaching/training techniques
  • Have a deep appreciation for the quality of work of your team
  • Enthusiastic with the desire to work in a changing fast-paced environment
  • Process management and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communicator with good listening skills
  • Takes responsibility for the delivery of solutions
  • Target oriented and proactive
  • IT literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc
  • Calm, credible and dependable
  • Experience within automotive industry is desirable
