My client based just outside of Bedford are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their experienced team. The role will be fast paced so will require somebody with good organisational skills and cool under pressure!
Responsibilities will include:
Due to their rural location, ideally you will drive and have use of a car for work. The office is a fun place to be with plenty of banter, but it is also hard working and results driven.
You will be part of a team of Logistics Clerks to work 2 set shift patterns of 5.30am - 1.30pm and 12pm - 8pm, Monday to Friday. This shift will rotate on a weekly basis.
In addition, you will need to be assertive and confident in communicating with internal departments and realistic about timescales.
Experience in this industry or even a similar role is desirable but not essential. We’re looking for a well-organised person who can operate effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.

Office Administrator This is mainly an administrative role but sometimes you will be on reception, so your ability to deal with people in a friendly and helpful manner is imperative.
