This is a Full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

My client is currently looking for an Administrator / Front of House professional to join their team, on a full-time permanent contract within their customer service team based in their Northampton office. Day to day you will speak to their customers, repair technicians as well as their operations team.

As an Administrator / Front of House your key responsibilities consist of the following:

  • Answering incoming calls quickly and efficiently
  • To be the first point of contact for meeting and greeting
  • Following company procedures when taking telephone or visitor enquiries, capturing all relevant details accurately
  • Manage the switch board, general enquiries, telephone and reception calls
  • Supporting their Customer Service team
  • Assist in meeting by recording minutes and distribution to all participants in a timely manner

The Administrator / Front of House needs to have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Efficient and punctual
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, this is essential
  • Display excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
