Digital Marketing Executive

The Company Our client, the head office for a very well known brand based in Milton Keynes, are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their vibrant team! The Role The primary focus of the role is to organise and manage Marketing Campaigns on behalf of set clients. You will be required to build strong relationships with both internal departments and external customers and work to multiple strict deadlines per day! Your responsibilities will include: Being responsible for processing orders, building lists, providing quotes, chasing creative, preparing artwork and gaining approval for delivery of campaigns within a tight time frame Acting as a link between account managers, customers, media agencies and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are broadcast on time Receiving fully coded html for insertion within a set template Solving HTML errors & problems to ensure the correct rendering of a customer’s campaign Testing email and SMS campaigns on the major email clients and mobile devices to ensure they render as intended and that all URL links direct to the correct webpage Creating email campaigns in HTML from hi-resolution PDF’s, images and existing templates Providing post-campaign analysis, including creative consultation and best practice advice to customers About You In order to be suitable for this role you will have the following skills/experience: Excellent organisation and campaign management skills. You’ll need them to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines A strong communicator, comfortable dealing with the account management teams as well as customers and agencies Prior knowledge of using Adobe Dreamweaver to code HTML files Is a good problem solver: able to find solutions for with customers as well as HTML code issues Continually looks to drive improvement – we can always be better To discuss this exciting career opportunity further, please apply online now via this advert! Ensuring all projects are governed in line with PRINCE 2 methodology. Duties will include Provide business analysis support and input into major change initiatives. Work alongside Project Managers to facilitate successful delivery of projects. Support business stakeholders with business case production including business, technical and financial feasibility assessment. Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Plan and conduct requirement elicitation workshops where required and document the outcomes. Ensure that what the business is trying to achieve is fully understood without jumping to any IT solution. Interpret and replay the requirements to all stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level. Translate user requirements into functional specifications, using natural language. To liaise with the all departments on project development. To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence as required by the PMO.

You will be responsible for Business Modelling, process, eliciting and drafting business requirements, specifications and testing schedules for various systems for our SAP centric organisation. Planning & Supply Analyst This is three month contract and so you will need to be available immediately. Working within one of the biggest brands in Milton Keynes, our client is seeking a candidate who can bring the following skills: Assist / Support in a timely, efficient and accurate manner Retailer margin payments Retailer tactical incentive payments Fleet company & channel payments Support the management of bonus system and setup to ensure maximum automation of payment and reduction in payment errors Respond to network & fleet customer queries regarding bonus payments Support the provision of tactical payment and accrual information to Brand Controller and Brand Tactical Managers through the creation and running of relevant reports. Work with other Brand Bonus Payment managers and Business Support function to ensure continuous improvement and development of the Bonus tool with the aim of improving customer satisfaction (retailer or end customer) in relation to the receipt of payments or the resolution of queries. Skills Extremely high attention to detail High level of commercial acumen to be able to make decisions based on sound judgement. Ability to effectively handle customer / retailer queries Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral. Experience of working in a high pressured environment.

This role sits within the Professional Music Division who handle the marketing of Drums, Guitars, Synthesizers and Professional Audio.You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, implementation and development of Yamaha Pro Music’s established social media communities across Facebook, Twitter, as well as optimising our profile on other platforms (Instagram, YouTube & Pinterest). You will plan and execute social media content across multiple platforms, as well as reporting and analysing these platforms to the Pro Product & Sales Managers.  We need someone who can achieve the exceptional and who has the courage to take risks and look at new ways of working online as well as staying one step ahead of the game. You must have a genuine passion for Music. Main role will include: Social media strategy; work with Europe & also lead the strategic direction in the UK including content creation, paid support, integration, channel management, optimisation of all social channels, increase brand awareness & social engagement. Collaborate with internal product groups and explore ways to integrate social campaigns into business strategies. Working with a wider group including our European HQ on content creation and strategy. Coordinate sponsored campaigns on different platforms and providing suggestions to Product Managers. Creation of ongoing content calendars & management of these. Plan & allocated budget for social media. Working closely with Yamaha artists to promote products nationwide and also events / festivals they may be attending. Creating copy (blogging) for the Yamaha UK website on a weekly basis and include events, campaigns & artists updates. Reporting on all social media activity to Pro Music Managers and providing insights & actions to continually optimise activity. To support all aspects of traditional marketing, events and administration within Pro Music Sales & Marketing Dept. Skills Required: Exceptional written commination skills with the ability to write quickly and competently as well as professional verbal communication skills (online, face to face, on phone) Familiar with Hootsuite and most popular social networking tools. Demonstrate a passion for Social Media and Digital Marketing. Excellent organisational skills & ability to prioritise your work load High level of computer skills (Microsoft office programmes) Ability to create images & video for social media (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Photography & videography skills.
