Are you an experienced people manager with a background of working in a regulated, process driven and quality focused environment? The primary function of the Quality Assurance Manager is to support the Training monitoring team in ensuring it provides excellent quality assurance and service to external stakeholders.

As a Quality Assurance Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a small team of Training administrators to deliver a first class service to external stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining performance and activity monitoring and reporting for the team, including KPI’s.
  • Developing and maintaining efficient working practices.
  • Assisting the training managers in carrying out preparatory work for the regulatory monitoring process.
  • Assisting the team in delivering an effective and supportive programme of monitoring in conformity with the necessary regulations as well as meeting the needs s of other relevant regulatory stakeholders.
  • Assist with the improvement and development of policies, processes and systems, paying close attention to the views of external stakeholders.
  • Working with other teams to contribute towards the resolution of any data/systems issues.
  • Working with the training managers, assisting in the delivery and workload management of the review process – both in the UK and internationally.

To be a successful Quality Assurance Manager you must have:

  • Excellent Database and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience of managing a team.
  • Experience of working within a financial sector would be advantageous.
  • A familiarity working within a regulated environment.
