An exciting opportunity to work for a start-up, innovative fintech payment company who are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking individuals who are highly motivated to join a dynamic team. While payment or fintech experience is not mandatory, a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment and contribute to growth in this sector is essential. Working from a cutting-edge office space in Milton Keynes where you will be working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, providing training on the payment platform, and supporting customers to optimise their use of payment solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to improving the customer experience, assisting in designing customer materials, managing support tickets, and providing excellent customer service to support the sales team.


  • Support new customers during the onboarding process.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Arrange calls and online meetings to provide product demonstrations.
  • Provide comprehensive support documentation and sales collateral.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate in the design and creation of supporting documentation and processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist the sales team by providing excellent customer service in calls and meetings.


  • Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite products, CRM, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload and tasks effectively.
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships with customers and other departments.
  • Excellent customer service skills, preferably with prior experience in a supporting role.
  • Background in business support or administrative roles.
  • Good telephone skills for client and external communication.
