My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who enjoys working on Microsoft Excel. They are a highly innovative company who strive to help organisations create cultures where every voice matters, and every person can realise their full potential. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to provide a first class, efficient & professional support service, maintaining the high levels of client satisfaction. To be successful in this role you must be an intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.
Customer Service Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with client requests via email
- Manipulating client data in Excel to produce reports
- Responding to client queries and taking ownership of any issues
- Completing administrative tasks via their website and portal
- Ensuring all queries and support tickets are responded to within the SLA
Customer Service Administrator Key Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate experience within a customer support role
- Tech savvy with good level of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Super organised with a strong attention to detail
