Hybrid Telemarketing Role
Milton Keynes
Full Time Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm
£12.00 to £14.00 per hour, plus bonuses

Do you have telesales or telemarketing experience? If so, would you like to work for an international children's charity focussed on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life, even in the toughest places. Through long-term projects, emergency responses and advocacy work over the last 75 years more than 200 million children, and their communities, have had their lives transformed.
The telemarketing role involves calling warm leads to ask for a monthly donation to help them to continue their great work. This is a fully telephone-based role, you will be required to enter data whilst on call. Telemarketing or telesales experience is essential to be considered for this role.

Telemarketing Role Responsibilities
Calling warm leads who have clicked on the charity s articles on Social Media
Targeted to have 18 to 20 conversations per hour, this will be about 25% of the calls you have made each hour
Asking consumers to set up monthly donations

Telemarketing Role Person Requirements
Be proactive, tenacious and self-motivated to call people throughout your shift
Have experience in objection handling
Be available to work between the hours of 11am to 7pm during the week
You must be comfortable asking/persuading people to donate
Tech savvy so that you can input details whilst on call
