£25,000 - £30,000 basic, OTE £50,000 plus benefits

A  successful, forward thinking Northampton based  Estate Agents is looking to recruit an experienced  Sales Negotiator / Lister to join their team based at their Northapton office.

The skills required for this  Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:

• Significant local (Northampton)  experience as a residential estate agent essential 
• Listing  and valuations experience essential
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full Driving License essential
