Technical Customer Service Advisor
Wellingborough / Hybrid
£22000 to £23000 Depending on Experience
My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support their retail customers with technical queries. Their customers are retailers who are calling in with queries regarding their EPOS systems/Card Machines. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be determining the faults via scripted questions to determine whether or not you are able to fix the HHT over the phone or whether a replacement needs to be issued.
TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:
- Inbound telephone support for retail customers
- Ordering stock on behalf of clients and arranging deliveries
- On the spot problem solving and diagnostics of both software and hardware
- Solving queries between merchants and their banking partners
- Communicating with other departments to ensure customers receive the best service possible
TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR HOURS:
As you are supporting retailers you will be required to work across shift patterns (37.5 hours per week). These are as follows:
Weeks 1 Week 7: Are between 8am and 6pm
Week 8: 3pm 11pm (Working from Home)
Alternate weekends: you will work x1 weekend day EITHER Saturday or Sunday. You will have two full weekends off per month.
