Events Administration Assistant
£18,000

Permanent, full time role Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30   An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events Administration Assistant to join a very dynamic Events Agency in their office just outside of Aylesbury. This entry level role would be a great opportunity for someone looking for a career within the Events industry! Due to the rural location of the office and also the requirement to visit client/venue sites on an ad-hoc basis, Full UK Driving License and your own car will be required.   Responsibilities will include: General administration including maintaining stationery levels, managing incoming and outgoing post and maintaining the database First line of answering the telephone, directing calls and emailing messages where appropriate Venue finding, including online research, phone calls, presentation creation, cost negotiation, image sourcing Booking additional crew accommodation and travel, where applicable Theme and entertainment ideas / research / costing / booking Attend site visits, meetings and conference calls with clients as required Assist with front of house elements at events (registration, check-in, transport supervision, support desk etc.) Liaison with the venue Any other support / assistance as required   You will ideally have an Events related degree (or equivalent) and some administration and/or events experience would be advantageous.
