IT'S GOING MAD!!!! The BOOMING start to the year has continued and fortunately shows no sign of abaiting. I am delighted to announce that Ascendant Recruitment has had another record month, we have doubled our business from this time last year. We have yet again reached a record amount of temporary workers out in the market place. We don’t take the credit for any of this though; we know that it is our fabulous candidates who make all of this possible. TOO BUSY TO LOOK FOR A NEW JOB? LET'S TALK We realise that looking for a new job can be so time consuming, (particularly when you work 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday). Scouring the newspapers, emailing C.V.'s, snatched mobile conversations with agencies on your lunch break, and so on. Send us your CV by email and detail what you are looking for, your salary expectations, environments within which you would like to work and details of how and when we can reach you by telephone. 2. Wait for our call. We call back everyone who emails us, even if we feel we cannot help you. 3. Arrange a time to meet us - we are very flexible and it will only take an hour of your time MAXIMUM, (no lengthy tests we promise). We are here at 8am, or can see you at lunch or even at the end of the day. 4. Meet us at our offices and thoroughly discuss exactly what it is you are looking for. 5. As soon as a role becomes available we will contact you, if it is of interest to you we will forward your details to our client and organise an interview for you at a suitable time. 6. Prior to the interview we will prepare you completely with interview notes and ensure you know exactly what to expect come the day. 7.
