We have an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity for someone to join a large organisation working in the IT department. We are looking for a candidate who has great attention to detail. Someone who can manage the flow of data throughout the business from client in-store device to client reports as quickly, accurately and efficiently as possible. Responsibilities of the role are:  To create and maintain up to date documentation of the data flow processe Carrying out the "daily checks" on the computers and servers - logging faults and taking the correct actions to restore as soon as possible Identifying if any processes have failed and restoring connectivity to clients as soon as possible Monitoring client’s websites on a daily basis - ensuring the previous days data has been processed and uploaded successfully - reporting if any processes have failed and communicate any major issues and resolve them. Responsible for adding and maintaining user information on all systems. Our desired candidate will be numerate, logical, have great attention to detail and also posses a willingness to learn. You will also need to be immediately available as this position will begin as a temporary role which will lead to a permanent opportunity.
