This is a purchase ledger role like no other... We are looking for an all round administrator to work in an accounts department - you must have solid administration experience and be good with figures! Here's an outline of the job responsibilities:   Processing of invoices Investigating and resolving issues with problem invoices Statement reconciliations Dealing with overdue letters Ensuring problem suppliers and managed efficiently and promptly Keeping contractor records up to date Ensuring targets are achieved on time Completing two bacs runs a month Regular updates with Customer Liaison Manager to show progress made on critical contractor statements These are the skills we are looking for: Good understanding of excel Excellent organisational skills Good attention to detail Good team player Able to manage a varied and moveable workload depending on Customer Liaison Manager’s request Excellent telephone manner Able to work to strict deadlines and manage work load to ensure deadlines are met If you are interested in this exciting job opportunity then please apply today!
