Our client has an urgent need for a great candidate!!! We are looking for a customer service candidate who can become a highly motivated team member of an efficient and flexible team to whom Customer First is second nature and who strive for continuous improvements within their own personal development and job functions. You will be expected to deliver an excellent service and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty. Key Accountabilities: You will be responsible for taking all incoming calls/outgoing calls to/from customers and other departments within set time scales, professionally, promptly and effectively and responding to queries generated from enquiries issued by all departments, advising the relevant department of advice given or action taken. You will be expected to take ownership and work within guidelines to resolve customers’ and other departments’ queries on specific matters. Ideally you will have previous customer service experience and proven telephone experience. We are also looking for candidates who are numerate and have the ability to work under pressure So are you a team member and available immediately?
