Just finished my second day & already feel at home. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming & it feels like a second home.

Hi Sheila,

You remember that I said I didn't have a very good opinion of agencies and challenged you to prove me wrong? 

Well, I have to say that from the agencies I made contact with in August, only you at Ascendant Recruitment have made the grade.

I want to thank you for your efforts.  You confidently took on my particular requirements and haven't messed me about with positions that are not even close.  I hope that my choice of company will work out ok for me, (all the initial signs are very good). I write to you to say a big thank you all for everything you have done since I joined with you back in January.

It is not an overstatement to say it has been a pleasure working with you.

I have always felt that I was part of an extended family rather than a temp with an agency.  A tribute to the way you all care and get involved.  You have taken an interest in my welfare and repeatedly asked about my satisfaction with the positions I have been asked to fill.  You understand that a ‘temp’ has to hit the ground running.  Be able to pick up the office routine, the computer know-how, make a worthwhile contribution as well as a decent cup of tea and represent the agency.

With my current colleagues it has been easy to see how this has contributed to your success.  Out of all the staff that have been sent to this current company, all the staff from other agencies, without exception, have failed whilst all the staff from Ascendant have succeeded.  An indication that you care about getting it right, understand the collective needs and requirements and do what many others do not; listen.
