His motivation for setting up a brand new type of agency came from his desire to provide excellent service and to really listen to both clients and candidates. |

Nick explains: "Whilst working for other recruitment agencies I'd always been a stickler for two things: providing excellent service - which meant always truly listening to what candidates and clients had to say. Where other recruitment agencies fell down time and time again, I prided myself on doing it right, doing it better, how I believed it should be done but rarely was." Nick understands that looking after clients and candidates properly is what matters. He says: "In 2002 I'd dreamt of creating a recruitment agency whose candidates and clients felt a sense of pride in being associated with them and whose own staff were motivated to provide a world class service. A number of years have elapsed since Ascendant Recruitment was created in March 2003, and we have placed thousands of temporaries, found hundreds of permanent roles for our candidates and added tremendous value to many organisations within Milton Keynes." Nick has a clear vision of where Ascendant Recruitment is headed. He says: "I'm very excited about the future, as we strive to take our candidates' and clients' experience to the next level of satisfaction." |
