		The best thing to do is simply give us a call to let us know what you're looking for.
		Together we can then decide the best route forward.
		You will not be asked to; "just send in your c.v. and we'll get back to you". (How many agencies are you still waiting to hear from?).
		Based on what you tell us, if we feel we can't help you we'll tell you there and then, no false promises.
		If you can't get to a telephone then email or fax us, we can call you back at a more convenient time, even out of office hours if it's more appropriate.

What's next…

We'd then like to meet you at our offices for an informal discussion about your work background, skills and future aspirations. This won't take long and we're flexible if you can only get to us on a lunch break or after work. We love meeting new candidates and aim to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. After all, we want to get to know you better and help you in your search for your ideal role.

We'll then present to you a selection of suitable vacancies/bookings and work with you to arrange interviews and provide you with feedback from our clients throughout the process.

We'll be honest with you all the way. If we feel the positions we have on offer won't be of interest to you we'll tell you from the outset and let you know what we think the best course of action is.

Temping

If you're looking for temporary work, we'll pay you some of the highest rates around. We want you to be proud of working with us at some of the best addresses in Milton Keynes. The booking descriptions you receive will always be accurate to the best of our knowledge and we will endeavour to ensure that you will be neither placed in a position out of your depth nor sat twiddling your thumbs wasting your skills.

Payment for your work will be efficient and direct into your bank account by electronic funds transfer. We're on hand at any time to offer tax and any other wages related advice you may need.

You'll also be entitled to earn holiday pay as soon as you start working for AR.

One more thing, we aim to stay in touch. Whilst you are actively looking for employment, we will call you and let you know what's happening and find out how your search is progressing.

Confidentiality
